Shredded oyster mushroom pizza topping

Give the fake meats a rest (not to mention the chickens 🐔): make a cheaper, tastier and more natural pizza topping with shredded, seasoned oyster mushrooms.

Simply shred the oyster mushrooms with a fork, toss them in so-called 'chicken' spices, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Then drizzle with oil, mix them up to coat them, and they're ready to top your pizza.
